At Sloane & Co., all of our products are made to order, ensuring each piece is created with care and precision. Below are the details of our shipping process:

 

Processing & Delivery Times

• As all items are personalised, please allow up to 7 working days for production before dispatch. (Larger orders may take longer, however we will notify you within 24 hours of your order of the estimated production time. 
• Once dispatched, deliver times vary depending on the courier and order size but typically take 1 - 3 working days within the UK.

Urgent Orders & Specific Deadlines

• If you need your order urgently or require it be a specific date, please contact us before placing your order to check if we can accommodate your request.
• While we will do our best to meet urgent deadlines, we cannot guarantee expedited production unless confirmed in advance.

Delivery Locations

• We currently on ship within the United Kingdom.

Shipping Methods & Costs

• The shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order.
• We use different courier services depending on the parcel size and weight to ensure the most reliable and cost-effective delivery.
• A tracking number will be provided, where applicable.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

• If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please allow an extra few days for potential courier delays before contacting us.
• If a parcel is confirmed lost by the courier, we will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
