Refund policy
At Sloane & Co., we take great care in creating high-quality customized embroidery products which are tailored to your specifications. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we can only accept refunds in the following cases:
- Manufacturing Defects - If there is an error in the embroidery that differs from the approved design or a fault with the item itself.
- Damage in Transit - If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
We are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for:
- Incorrect sizing, colour, or design once the order has been placed.
- Change of mind or buyer's remorse.
Returns Process
If your item meets the return criteria, please contact us at laurensloane09@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
- The buyer is responsible for returning the item in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility. We recommend using a tracked shipping service as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process a refund or replacement, as appropriate. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method and will be processed within 7 working days. Please note, depending on the payment method used, your refund may take longer to arrive.
